At Marketshopper.online, we strive to create a safe and trustworthy marketplace for both buyers and sellers. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. General Return Policy
Buyers may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

The item was damaged during shipping.

The seller offers returns for other reasons (e.g., buyer’s remorse), which must be clearly stated in the item listing.
2. Return Request Timeframe

3. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must:

Respond to return/refund requests within 48 hours.

Accept returns and issue full or partial refunds if the buyer’s claim is valid (e.g., item not as described, damaged, etc.).

Provide a return shipping label if the seller is at fault.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must:

Submit photo or video evidence if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return items in their original packaging and condition (unless the item was defective or damaged).

Ship the return using a trackable shipping method (if return is buyer’s responsibility).
5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and approved by the seller, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

If the seller does not respond, Marketshopper.online may step in to mediate the case and issue a refund on the seller’s behalf (deducted from seller’s payout).
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or not as described:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Custom-made or personalized items

Digital goods or downloadable products

Health & hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, intimate items)
7. Dispute Resolution
If the buyer and seller cannot agree:

The buyer may escalate the case to Marketshopper.online within 3 days of the seller’s last response.

We will review evidence from both parties and make a final decision.

Chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in account suspension.
